Our approach

My approach is relational, systemic, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we build on what is already working, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop new ways of connecting that support the relationship you want to create.

How I work

Structured, empathic, and evidence-based

I use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and integrate Solution-Focused Therapy to help couples understand the patterns that keep them stuck, develop practical tools, strengthen friendship and intimacy, navigate conflict more effectively, repair relational injuries, and intentionally build the relationship they want moving forward.

Trauma-informed

Trauma-informed couples work also means paying attention to how trauma can affect trust, intimacy, vulnerability, sexuality, conflict, and emotional safety.
