Along with the joy, many parents notice new emotions they didn’t expect.

Questions, adjustments, and moments of uncertainty are a natural part of the journey.

As routines change and roles shift, it’s common for couples to feel a little out of sync

Not because something is wrong — but because something new is unfolding.

Some journeys feel lighter when you’re supported.

Guidance can bring clarity, calm, and a sense of direction during times of change.

Re-Ember supports new parents with a grounded, evidence-based approach.

A space to pause, reconnect, and build skills that support both your relationship and your growing family.

PHILOSOPHY

Relational support designed specifically for the transition into early parenthood.

Sinah Trevino’s counseling approach is grounded in relational and systems-based care, with a primary focus on supporting families during the transition into early parenthood. She combines Solution-Focused therapy with Gottman-informed interventions to help couples strengthen friendship, improve communication, and navigate conflict in ways that increase emotional safety and connection during this transformative season.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Sinah approaches therapy with the understanding that becoming a parent is not only a new role, but also a reorganization of identity, relationships, and daily life. Growth and adjustment happen within the context of these relationships, not in isolation.

Sessions available in English and Spanish.
